中欧数据保护专家协作机构(ECADAP)是由瑞中法律协会(SCLA)、欧洲隐私、审计、合规与认证协会(EIPACC)和国际数据保护学院(PRIVACAD)于2021年2月16日签署的谅解备忘录所产生的协调及协作机构。 

该机构所秉持的共同的理念是在欧盟和中国（乃至整个亚洲）之间倡导数据保护及合规的共同标准和共同框架，推动数据保护在不同法律体系中的交流及合作。通过ECADAP作为协作机构，促进专业人士和这些愿意为这一使命做出贡献的人士之间创造一个促进数据保护专业性的平台。在共同努力下，ECADAP触及活跃在全球各地的30多万名从事数据合规的专家学者。

The European-Chinese Avenue for Data Protection (ECADAP) is an initiative emanating from a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which was signed on February 16, 2021 between the Swiss-Chinese Law Association (SCLA), European Institute for Privacy, Audit, Compliance & Certification (EIPACC) and the International Data Protection Academy (PRIVACAD).  

These founding partners share the philosophy of abridging data protection professionalism between the European Union and China (Asia at large) and initiate ECADAP as a joint platform and by doing so creating a leeway to promote data protection professionalism amongst professionals and those willing to contribute to this societal cause. In joint efforts we are able to reach to over 300,000 data protection professionals active around the globe.
