瑞中法律协会于本周一（7月6日）举行了全球互联网仲裁调查筹备工作组会议，超过70名来自30多个国家的仲裁界的世界级专家代表受邀出席(实际出席者为55人)。出席会议的工作组成员包括英国Matrixlaw 的Daniel Brennan爵士（皇家律师），36 Stone的Doran Doeh， Essex Court Chambers的Ian Hunter皇家律师，瑞士弗莱堡大学法学院院长Pascal Pichonnaz教授；仲裁及律所机构代表包括：新加坡仲裁院代表David Bateson； ICC 国际商会仲裁院中国代表处黄志瑾； 荷兰仲裁协会秘书长Camilla Perera De Wit；南非仲裁基金会理事长Duncan Turner；苏格兰仲裁院代表Brandon Malone；澳大利亚律师协会代表Mark Dempsey SC；及数十家全球顶级律所的合伙人律师出席。本次筹备会议由瑞中法律协会理事张天泽及协会会员Hermann Knott博士共同主持。本会议确定了瑞中法律协会即将进行的全球互联网仲裁调查工作的进一步安排。
Swiss Chinese Law Association(SCLA) has held the Global Survey on Internet Arbitration working group preparatory meeting on Monday, July 6th2020. The meeting invited more than 70 world-class expert representatives form the arbitration community over 30 countries(55 attended). The delegates include Lord Daniel Brennan QC from Matrixlaw, Doran Doeh from 36 stone, Ian Hunter QC from EssexCourt Chambers, the dean of the law faculty of University of Fribourg (Switzerland) Pascal Pichonnaz; The representative of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre(SIAC) David Bateson; ICC China representative Zhijin Huang; The Netherlands Arbitration Institute secretary general Camilla Perera-DeWit; Arbitration Foundation of South Africa(AFSA), Duncan Turner; Scottish Arbitration Centre Brandon Malone; AustralianBar Association Mark Dempsey SC; as well as numbers of partners from global leading law firms. This preparatory meeting was co-hosted by TianzeZhang, a committee member of SCLA and Hermann Knott, a member of SCLA. This meeting confirmed the further plan on the Global Internet Arbitration surveylead by the Swiss Chinese Law Association.
