SCLA NDC is delighted to host the International Law Firm Management Leadership Training Program in February 2022. This online training program will consist of 4 half days of training sessions (one of which is the SCLA Global Forum). Experienced experts from the practice fields will conduct all sessions.
This program is aimed at legal leaders who want to prepare for and become more effective in directing and supporting others to achieve a better legal management transformation. It would benefit anyone who manages legal employees— regardless of industry or company size — who wants to help foster a better working environment and a more resilient organization, whether law firms are transforming to an international landscape or global enterprises.
The expected outcome of the program is to enable international legal leaders to get acquainted with each other. Mid- to senior-level leaders will gain a new approach to maximize their impact on individuals, teams, and, in turn, overall performance. Managing partners, legal experts, specialists, strategists, consultants, and aspiring leaders will learn how to prepare for the challenges of a more globalized, uncertain, and complex legal landscape in the international legal collaboration.
These are the decisive elements toward a prosperous growth of a legal service institute, which to be explored in this training session: the potential prosperous and sustainable relationship with external law firms; The internal profit-sharing mechanism and strength building of the law firm, the external collaboration mechanism for the law firms and enterprises. Therefore, this training program is not intended only to “train” management partners of the law firms but also designed for future legal leaders to build an extensive network by exchanging the commons and differences among cultures. At the end of the training program, a private and exclusive session will be offered for the participants. During the session, the participants who represent/her law firms will be encouraged to get to know other participants and offer a collaboration plan.
All sessions will be recorded, and participants will be offered exclusive, lifetime access to the SCLA academy system.
